How fast can you reach me in JBR?

Do you change the battery where the car is parked?
Yes. Tower basements, podium parking, hotel valet areas, beach parking and the roadside are all fine. We need the bonnet to open and about a metre of space in front of or beside the car.
How do I know I need a new battery and not just a jump start?
We test before selling anything. If the battery is healthy but drained, a jump start and a proper drive will do. If the test shows it can no longer hold charge or deliver cranking power, it needs replacing.

My car has start-stop. Does it need a special battery?
Yes. Start-stop cars need an EFB or AGM battery. We fit the same technology the car left the factory with and register the new battery to the car when the model requires it.
What happens to the old battery?
We take it with us and send it for recycling. Lead-acid batteries are almost fully recyclable and should never go in general waste.
