What should I do while I wait for help?
Switch on the hazard lights and, if the car is on a live road, move to a safe place away from traffic. In a basement, stay with the car or near the lift lobby and keep your phone on. Do not keep cranking a car that will not start, as it drains what is left in the battery.
Do I need a membership to call for roadside assistance?
No. There is no membership or subscription. You call or message when you need help and pay for that visit by cash, card, Tabby or Tamara. If your insurance includes breakdown cover you can still use us, but claim rules are between you and your insurer.
