Checks at your parking
A technician tests the battery, reads fault codes, checks fluids, tyres and brake pads where the car is parked and replaces small items such as wiper blades, bulbs or the cabin filter.
Workshop for the rest
Oil draining and anything under the car is done on a lift at the partner workshop. The car is collected, serviced and returned with a list of what was done.
Good to know in JBR
Most handbooks have two service schedules, a normal one and a shorter one for severe conditions. Dubai fits the severe list: high heat, dust, short trips and long idling with the AC on. A car that mostly does the JBR loop and the school run may cover few kilometres, but its oil still ages, so go by time as well as mileage. Cabin filters clog quickly with fine sand.

Car maintenance: common questions
What is the difference between a minor and a major service?
A minor service is the engine oil, oil filter and a round of checks. A major service adds items that come up at longer intervals, such as spark plugs, air and cabin filters, coolant, brake fluid and sometimes gearbox oil. Your handbook lists exactly what is due at each mileage.
Will servicing outside the dealer affect my car's warranty?
That depends on the terms of your car's warranty or service contract, so read them or ask the agent before booking. If the car is still covered and the terms require agency servicing, keep it there. We are an independent service and not an agent of any car brand.
Can a full service be done in my building's parking?
Not all of it. Checks, the battery test, filters, bulbs and top-ups can be done at your parking space. Draining engine oil and working under the car need a lift and proper waste oil disposal, and many buildings do not allow it, so that part is done at the workshop.
